Who we are
Brandplus is a trading name of Brand Pulsar Sdn. Bhd., part of the Commerceplus group (Commerce Pulsar Sdn. Bhd.). This notice explains how we handle personal data you give us through brandplus.asia, our creator form and WhatsApp, under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- Brand enquiries: your name, company, email, phone number (if given), the platforms you sell on and your message.
- Creators: the details you share in the creator form or on WhatsApp, such as your name, social handles, audience size, categories and contact details.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss services with you.
- To match creators with brand campaigns and manage commission and samples.
- To keep records of enquiries and protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared within the Commerceplus group so the right team can reply. Creator details may be shared with a brand client when we propose you for a campaign, and only for that campaign. Our service providers (Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection, Microsoft for forms and email, and WhatsApp) process data for us under their own security terms. Some of these providers may store data outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and creator records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we work together, in which case we keep them for as long as the business relationship and our legal obligations require.
Your choices
Giving us your details is voluntary, but we cannot reply to an enquiry or consider a creator profile without them. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@commerceplus.asia.
